Jane is a great personal trainer that motivates and encourages you all the way!
She is very friendly which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable but pushing you to a new level of fitness that you feel works.

Great space to workout in with a variety of equipment. Sessions are always varied and Jane really listens to your opinion and incorporates my needs into the workouts. I would highly recommend Jane as a PT and look forward to improving my overall fitness with Jane's help.

I trained with Jane after having an operation and wanting to build my strength back up again. I was very nervous about over exerting myself and causing any damage. Jane was really great, she pushed me but made sure it was safe, she listened to what I needed and designed a programme to suit. She takes no prisoners though!! This lady may be small and perfectly formed but shes a pocket rocket!! Amazing to train with you Jane, thank you so much for helping to bring me back to my full strength again 🙏

Jane is a fantastic trainer, she listens to what you want to achieve and tailors a programme to suit. She is so encouraging and a great support. Her gym is fully equipped for all levels if fitness. I was extremely happy with my results and fitness progression. Would definitely recommend Jane. She also uses great music to keep you motivated and always greets you with a smile and we certainly had lots of laughter too.

Jane is amazing! She is so welcoming and motivating. Great workout plans tailored to your wants and needs. Keeps things fresh by mixing up the exercises each session. My 6 week results were great all because Jane was there to push me when needed and gave everything she could to our sessions together 💜💜💜 missing it now my sessions are finished lol!! Would highly recommend Jane. I've tried so many diets and workouts in the past and nothing comes close to the result I got with my 6 weeks personal training with Jane. She gave me so much motivation and worked to my body pushing me every step. Had so many comments after my 6 weeks weeks and went from a size 12 was buy size 8 dresses. Not only that I felt I had more energy and positive mind set. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I would 100% recommend Jane she is just the best at getting me motivated and getting me the results that I wanted. I have done two 6 week challenges before my holiday and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She has a lovely private quiet gym which is beautifully set up with all the required equipment. If you are not quite decided on whether to come here, then I’d say go for it as you will not be disappointed. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I’ve been visiting Jane a couple of times a week for the past year now. Not only has she improved my physical fitness and built my confidence, working out has helped with my mental health.
I’ve found being away from the usual gym environment, in Jane’s private studio much less intimidating. It’s allowed me to improve my technique and not care about how I look when working out.
She is so patient and attentive, I’m really happy I made the choice to get a PT, it’s changed my life for the better.

Jane is lovely and put me at ease straight away, I'm very self conscious of my weight but never felt uncomfortable with Jane at all. She made the workouts varied each time. Jane is a great PT and understands what ladies want and how to get the body shape you want.
