Hydration has a huge impact on your cardiovascular health. So dehydration will start to elevate, all of the risk factors for coronary heart disease. One of the ways that we can help to support optimal heart health is to hydrate well.

Aim to drink 2-3 litres of water everyday plus extra if it's a sweaty workout day.
